Specifically for SMEs, the bank offers credit guarantee trust funds, secure foreign capital custodianship, and investment services. Its comprehensive suite of corporate banking products also features short, medium, and long-term credit facilities, trade finance, corporate cash management, foreign exchange services, and corporate trust administration. Additionally, FEIB provides financial advisory, acquisition, project, and structured financing. The bank is also active in financial market services and offers convenient phone banking. Its capabilities extend to issuing letters of credit, facilitating domestic and international remittances, accepting commercial drafts, investing in securities, and serving as an agent for trading government and corporate bonds, as well as bank debentures. As of the close of 2021 (December 31st), FEIB's physical presence included 55 domestic branches within Taiwan, an international branch in Hong Kong, and two representative offices in Vietnam and Singapore. The bank was founded in 1992 and operates from its main office in Taipei, Taiwan.
