1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of bernal-fintech.com, operated by Bernal FinTech SL. By accessing or using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. The service

The site offers financial market data, interactive analysis tools, company profiles and educational articles. Some features require a free account; a paid subscription with additional features may be offered, governed by these terms together with the specific conditions presented at the time of purchase.

We may improve, change or discontinue features at any time; we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity under your account. Registration data must be accurate. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, remain inactive for long periods or are used abusively.

Personal, non-transferable account: the subscription is individual — one account per person. Sharing your credentials or your access with third parties is prohibited. The service allows a single active session per account. Account use is monitored through technical security measures (see our privacy policy). If account sharing is detected, we will notify you. A second detection entitles us to terminate the contract and delete the account, with no refund for the current billing period; on annual plans, the unused proportional part will be refunded.

4. Acceptable use

  • No automated scraping, crawling or bulk downloading of content or data.
  • No redistribution or commercial reuse of the site's content or data without written permission.
  • No interference with the site's operation, security or other users.
  • No introducing malware or attempting to access or manipulate data belonging to us or to third parties.
  • No unlawful, misleading or defamatory use, including in comments and opinions.

5. User content

When you post a comment or a company opinion, you keep ownership of your text but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, promotional or abusive, without notice.

Opinions expressed by users are theirs alone and do not reflect our views. Company ratings and opinions are posted by users of the site; we do not verify that a reviewer is a customer of the reviewed company, nor that the opinion reflects a real experience with it.

If you believe that content posted by a user is unlawful, notify us at contact@bernal-fintech.com identifying the specific content, the reasons for your claim and your contact details. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and inform you of our decision with its grounds; moderation decisions are likewise communicated to the affected author with reasons.

6. Intellectual property

All site content (design, texts, tools, data compilations) is owned by Bernal FinTech SL or its licensors. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing on the site constitutes investment advice or a recommendation; market data may be delayed or contain errors. The full disclaimer forms part of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bernal FinTech SL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or investment losses arising from the use of the site or reliance on its content. We do not warrant that the site is free of viruses or harmful components, and we are not liable for damage caused by unlawful interference with our systems by third parties despite reasonable security measures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Paid subscription

When the paid subscription is offered, prices, billing cycles, renewal and cancellation conditions will be presented clearly before purchase and will form part of the contract. Payments are processed by an external payment processor; we never store your full card details.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance. If a change is material, we will announce it on the site.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Murcia (Spain), except where consumer protection law provides a different mandatory forum; in particular, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of residence and may bring the claim before its courts (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 and Regulation (EC) No 593/2008).

Bernal FinTech SL offers this service from Spain. If you access the site from another jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk; that access does not subject Bernal FinTech SL to the laws or courts of that jurisdiction, except for the mandatory rules referred to above.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
