W.T.B. Financial Corporation operates as the holding company for Washington Trust Bank, delivering a broad spectrum of financial services to both corporate and individual clients. These offerings encompass traditional banking, fiduciary responsibilities, asset and wealth management, and mortgage lending. Its extensive range of deposit products includes standard checking, savings, and money market accounts, alongside specialized options such as health savings accounts (HSAs), individual retirement accounts (IRAs), analyzed accounts, and various certificates of deposit (CDs). The company also provides credit and debit cards. On the lending front, clients have access to a diverse portfolio of loan options, including financing for homes, vehicles (cars, boats, motorcycles, motor homes), home equity, and equipment. Additionally, it offers debt refinancing, term loans, and agricultural loans, as well as commercial real estate and Small Business Administration (SBA) financing. Various lines of credit, such as revolving, personal, and home equity, are also available. The institution further extends its services to include investment products and advisory. This includes retirement and education planning, mutual funds, stocks and bonds brokerage, life and long-term care insurance, and annuities. Comprehensive wealth management solutions are a key offering, covering investment and portfolio management, administration for charitable and nonprofit entities, estate settlement, family office services, trust administration, employee benefits administration, and custody services. For modern banking convenience and business support, the company provides digital wallets, remote deposit, and online and mobile banking. Businesses can also leverage treasury management and merchant services, alongside private banking. Furthermore, it facilitates international trade through documentary and standby letters of credit, documentary collection, foreign exchange products, foreign accounts receivable insurance, and SBA export loan guaranty programs. With a substantial presence across the Pacific Northwest, W.T.B. Financial Corporation operates 42 branches and offices throughout Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. Established in 1902, its headquarters are located in Spokane, Washington.
