The bulk of its lending activity is concentrated in mortgages for single to four-family residential properties. Beyond this, its loan offerings encompass commercial and agricultural real estate financing, construction and land development loans, commercial and industrial loans, home equity lines of credit, and general consumer loans. Established in 1889, the company is headquartered in Van Wert, Ohio.
