Description

Bank Hapoalim B.M., along with its subsidiaries, delivers a comprehensive suite of banking and financial solutions to clients both within Israel and across international markets. The institution's operations are structured into three main divisions: Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, and Financial Markets and International Banking. For individual clients, the bank provides core services such as account management, diverse credit options, various deposit and savings plans, capital market services, pension advisory, retirement planning, and housing loans. Its corporate offerings include credit for daily operations and investment financing, issuing guarantees and letters of credit, facilitating foreign trade, and transactions in financial and derivative instruments. Bank Hapoalim also extends investment services across different channels, including foreign currency, shekels, and securities. The company further specializes in financing for large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, international trade, and general project funding. It supports working capital needs, offers syndication, credit-risk sales, and dealing-room services. Additional provisions include federal deposit insurance, credit card services, payment clearing, asset management, investment portfolio management, investment banking, underwriting, and the management of new issuances. Bank Hapoalim caters to a wide array of clients, including households, private banking customers, foreign residents, small businesses, financial asset managers, middle-market enterprises, and large corporations. These services are accessible through an extensive network featuring 175 physical branches, 601 external and 131 internal automated teller machines, 126 external and 216 internal check-deposit machines, 30 information stations, 316 self-service stations, and 119 night safes. Established in 1921, Bank Hapoalim B.M. is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
