Its operations are structured across four main segments: Productive, Consumer, Treasury, and Others. Core offerings include savings and current accounts, various deposit options, and a range of loan products tailored for productive, consumer, and other purposes. Beyond traditional banking, the institution also provides treasury services and a robust suite of digital banking solutions, including mobile banking, retail and corporate internet banking, an accounting and billing system, payroll services, e-statements, and safe deposit boxes. The bank maintains an extensive physical presence, supported by a network comprising 31 main branches, 36 sub-branches, and 118 ATMs (72 on premises and 46 off premises). Established in 1973, the company was initially known as PT Bank Inter-Pacific Tbk, changing its name to PT Bank Artha Graha Internasional Tbk in July 2005. It is headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
