The institution offers diverse deposit options, including demand and NOW checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit. Its extensive lending portfolio encompasses mortgages for one-to-four family homes, commercial real estate, and multi-family residences. Furthermore, it provides consumer business loans, financing for manufactured homes, automobiles, student education, recreational vehicles, and construction projects, alongside various other personal credit options and home equity loans and lines of credit. The company also strategically invests in corporate and municipal bonds issued by governmental and educational bodies across the northeastern United States, as well as mortgage-backed securities from U.S. government-sponsored entities and Federal Home Loan Bank stock. Additionally, it extends insurance and other financial products. Established in 1870, Generations Bancorp NY, Inc. maintains its headquarters and primary office in Seneca Falls, New York, complemented by eight full-service branch locations and a single drive-through facility situated in Auburn, Farmington, Geneva, Medina, Phelps, Union Springs, and Waterloo, New York.
