As the parent entity for First Federal Savings Bank, First Bancorp of Indiana, Inc. delivers a comprehensive suite of banking solutions to both personal and commercial clients. The corporation facilitates diverse deposit accounts and extends a broad array of credit offerings, encompassing mortgages for commercial properties (including one-to-four family and multi-family dwellings), secured and unsecured commercial business financing, residential mortgages (first and second liens for one-to-four family homes), general consumer credit, and home equity lines of credit. Furthermore, the company manages investment security portfolios and furnishes additional services such as safe deposit facilities, check cashing, issuance of cashier's checks, electronic fund transfers, and brokerage support. Its operational footprint includes nine comprehensive banking branches situated across Southwestern Indiana, complemented by a dedicated loan production office in Henderson, Kentucky. Established in 1904, First Bancorp of Indiana, Inc. maintains its principal executive offices in Evansville, Indiana.
