Its lending portfolio encompasses diverse loans such as those for one-to-four family residential properties, commercial and multi-family real estate, construction and land development, general commercial purposes, and consumer needs, alongside home equity loans and lines of credit. Additionally, the company makes strategic investments in securities, primarily consisting of obligations issued by the U.S. government and federal agencies, mortgage-backed instruments, and corporate bonds. It conducts its operations through two full-service banking branches located in Everett and Lynnfield, Massachusetts. The company was founded in 1890 and maintains its headquarters in Everett, Massachusetts.
