Strauss Group Ltd., including its various subsidiaries, is an international food and beverage conglomerate involved in the creation, production, commercialization, and distribution of a wide array of culinary items and drinks. Its market presence spans Israel, North America, Brazil, Europe, and numerous other global regions. The company's diverse operations are organized into six primary divisions: Health & Wellness; Fun & Indulgence; Israel Coffee; International Coffee; International Dips & Spreads; and Strauss Water. The Health & Wellness segment offers a comprehensive selection of wholesome products, including yogurts, dairy desserts, non-dairy tahini desserts, soft cheeses, flavored milk beverages, chilled salads, pre-cut vegetables, fresh pasta, cereal and granola bars, honey, olive oils, fruit preserves, cooking sauces, lemon juice, and natural maple syrups. This division also handles the marketing and supply of natural juices, butter spreads, and plant-based probiotic desserts. Conversely, the Fun & Indulgence division caters to snack and treat cravings, presenting an assortment of sweet snack bars, chocolate tablets, various sweet spreads, candies, chewing gums, cakes, cookies, biscuits, wafers, and a range of savory snacks. The Israel Coffee segment focuses on the domestic market, overseeing the development, manufacturing, sales, promotion, and delivery of an extensive line of coffee products, chocolate powders, and other powdered beverages. It additionally trades in coffee beans and operates retail coffee establishments. Extending its reach globally, the International Coffee division specializes in developing and producing various coffee products and powdered drinks. This segment also manages the merchandising and distribution of coffee machines, and is involved in sourcing and processing green coffee, corn-based items, cashew-derived dairy alternatives, and powdered juices. The International Dips & Spreads unit is dedicated to the production, promotion, and sale of chilled dip and spread products, prominently featuring well-known brands such as Sabra, Obela, and Florentin. Finally, Strauss Water is committed to providing advanced drinking water solutions, encompassing the design, manufacture, distribution, and sale of systems for water filtration, purification, and carbonation. Established in 1933, the enterprise was originally known as Strauss-Elite Ltd. before officially adopting the name Strauss Group Ltd. in February 2007. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Petah Tikva, Israel, and it operates as an affiliate under the ownership of Strauss Holdings Ltd.
