Established in 1999, the company adopted its current name, Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited, in June 2017, having previously operated as Biostime International Holdings Limited. Headquartered in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, H&H functions as a subsidiary of Biostime Pharmaceuticals (China) Limited.
