Description

As an investment holding entity, Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited specializes in the global production and distribution of nutritional and care products designed for families and infants. Its offerings are categorized into several key segments. The Infant Formulas division crafts nutritional formulas for children up to age seven, alongside specialized milk products for pregnant and breastfeeding women. The Probiotic Supplements division provides various forms of probiotics, including sachets, capsules, and tablets, catering to the needs of babies, children, and expecting mothers. Within its Adult Nutrition and Care Products segment, H&H develops and markets a range of items such as vitamins, general health supplements, skincare solutions, and sports nutrition for grown-ups. Complementing its infant offerings, the Other Pediatric Products segment focuses on manufacturing dried baby foods, additional nutritional supplements, and general baby care items. Furthermore, its Pet Nutrition and Care segment creates pet food, health-enhancing supplements, and bone broth products for animals. Beyond these core product lines, the company's activities extend to research, development, and processing of diverse ingredients like meat, fruit, and vegetable powders, as well as candies. It actively researches, develops, manufactures, and sells specialized nutritional foods, manages the marketing and distribution of organic baby foods, and handles the wholesale, retail, import, and export of infant nutritional and personal care products. H&H also engages in the trading and sale of adult vitamins, health supplements, probiotic skincare, and sports nutrition items, while offering online sales platforms, software and IT solutions, and packaging services. Its extensive product portfolio is marketed under well-known brands such as Biostime, Swisse, Aurelia, Zesty Paws, Solid Gold, Dodie, Good Gout, Aurelia London, and CBII. Established in 1999, the company adopted its current name, Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Limited, in June 2017, having previously operated as Biostime International Holdings Limited. Headquartered in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, H&H functions as a subsidiary of Biostime Pharmaceuticals (China) Limited.
