The company organizes its activities into three core divisions: Residential Customers, Business Customers and Wholesale, and Infrastructure and Support Functions. The Residential unit concentrates on offering fixed and mobile communication services to household users, including the sale of mobile handsets. The Business Customers and Wholesale division furnishes enterprises with an extensive array of offerings, from fixed-line and mobile telephony to internet and data services, alongside integration support for various business needs. Finally, the Infrastructure and Support segment encompasses vital internal operations like network management, information technology, and general operational support, as well as corporate functions including finance, human resources, and strategic development. Established in 2001, the company maintains its headquarters in Opfikon, Switzerland.
