Description

Reliability Incorporated, through its subsidiary The Maslow Media Group, Inc., delivers comprehensive workforce solutions to clients across the United States and internationally. The company's operations are divided into four primary segments: Employer of Record, Recruiting and Staffing, Video and Multimedia Production, and Permanent Placements. The Employer of Record (EoR) division manages a variety of human resources tasks, such as state employment registration, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, benefits package administration, workers' compensation claim handling, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and on-site workforce management. This also includes overseeing compliance with state, county, and city-mandated benefits like paid safe and sick leave. Its Recruiting and Staffing arm focuses on providing solutions for on-demand or short-term staffing requirements, contract placements, and administrative support for on-site management. The Video and Multimedia Production segment offers end-to-end services, starting with pre-production activities such as video conceptualization, project consulting, and budget development and oversight. It handles the logistical coordination for both field and studio teams, supplying broadcast-level HD camera crews for on-location support, complete with makeup artists, AV technicians, field producers, and full equipment rental. Post-production services include access to facilities and freelance professionals like non-linear editors, graphic artists, narrators, and actors. Additionally, the segment creates animation and graphic designs, including whiteboard animation, provides live transmission services via satellite and streaming, and manages fully equipped client studios. Lastly, the Permanent Placements segment specializes in identifying and filling a wide array of full-time roles for its clientele. In addition to these core offerings, Reliability Incorporated provides critical resources for information technology industries, including quality assurance analysts, engineers, testers, developers, business systems analysts, and research and development specialists. The company serves diverse sectors such as media, banking, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy, healthcare, photography, and chain restaurants. Reliability Incorporated was founded in 1988 and maintains its headquarters in Clarksburg, Maryland.
