Description
Byggmax Group AB (publ) functions as a retailer specializing in building materials and related merchandise for do-it-yourself (DIY) initiatives. Its operations encompass Sweden, Norway, and other international markets including Finland and Denmark. The company's product assortment features lumber, various sheet materials, garden essentials, tools, paints, and a host of other items. As of December 31, 2021, Byggmax maintained a network of 192 retail stores, comprising 123 in Sweden, 56 in Norway, 9 in Finland, and 4 in Denmark. Furthermore, the group operates 11 showrooms under its Skånska Byggvaror concept. Products are also made available through the company's online platform. Byggmax Group AB (publ) was established in 1993 and maintains its principal office in Solna, Sweden.
