Semperit AG Holding, founded in 1824 and based in Vienna, Austria, is a global company that specializes in the research, production, and sale of rubber goods for both the healthcare and industrial sectors. The organization conducts its business through five main divisions: Sempermed, Semperflex, Sempertrans, Semperform, and Semperseal. The Sempermed unit delivers examination and surgical gloves for medical applications, alongside protective gloves designed for industrial, commercial, and private use. Semperflex manufactures hydraulic and industrial hoses, which are utilized in various fields such as construction, transportation, mining, and agricultural machinery. The Sempertrans segment supplies textile and steel-cord conveyor belts, essential for operations in mining, steel production, cement manufacturing, civil engineering, general transport, and power generation facilities. Semperform's product range includes escalator handrails, rubber rings for ropeways, anti-vibration membranes for skis and snowboards, and custom-engineered injection-moulded and extruded parts with sealing or damping capabilities. Finally, the Semperseal division offers elastomer and sealing profiles for windows, doors, and facades, as well as wear-resistant protective sheeting made from elastomers.
