Description
OptiCept Technologies AB (publ) operates as a food and plant tech company in Sweden and internationally. It designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and sells technology platforms that are integrated into the production process in the food and plant industry. The company also operates controlled environment pulsed electric field treatment (CEPT), a pulsed electric field for food product; and OptiBoost, a vacuum infusion (VI) for plant products. Its products are used in dried fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetable juice, olive oil, potato processing, cut flowers, and forest and plant cuttings industries. The company was formerly known as OptiFreeze AB (publ) and changed its name to OptiCept Technologies AB (publ) in July 2021. OptiCept Technologies AB (publ) was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Lund, Sweden.
