Description

Nederman Holding AB (publ) functions as a global environmental technology enterprise headquartered in Sweden. Its operations are structured into four key segments: Nederman Extraction & Filtration Technology, Nederman Duct & Filter Technology, Nederman Process Technology, and Nederman Monitoring & Control Technology. The company delivers industrial air filtration products tailored for demanding process sectors, including metal fabrication, power generation, mineral processing, and chemical industries, alongside solutions for fiber-based production, general process industry operations, and the automotive aftermarket. Under the Nederman Pneumafil brand, it provides specialized air filtration items, notably gas turbine inlet air filtration systems, as well as filters and associated media for power generation and textile applications. Furthermore, Nederman supplies metal chip processing and ash handling systems to diverse clients such as metal machining facilities, metal recyclers, and solid fuel-fired power plants, marketed under the Nederman National Conveyors brand. Beyond product offerings, it undertakes design and engineering of components and systems, complementing these with manufacturing, assembly, installation, and comprehensive after-sales services. Another facet of its portfolio, offered under the LCI brand, encompasses technologies for the evaporation, drying, and filtration of liquids, alongside extrusion, spheronization, feeding, and pelleting processes crucial for the chemical industry. The company also features gas and dust analyzers utilizing tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy, in addition to particulate monitors and smart controls for filtration systems and material flow. Its offerings extend to creating and distributing solutions for industrial emission monitoring and portable instrumentation. Nederman's products are distributed through its direct sales force, independent agents, and an established network of resellers. The company was founded in 1944 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Helsingborg, Sweden.
