Encompass Compliance Corporation offers comprehensive services designed to help organizations navigate and comply with workplace regulations concerning drug, alcohol, and marijuana. These services include developing policies and procedures, and providing training for both supervisors and employees to effectively manage their compliance programs. The company also supplies critical resources such as State compliance kits, expert guidance on ADA issues and medical marijuana for employers, marijuana statutes, detailed issue charts, mandatory State and Federal (DOT) regulations, insights into Native American issues, and various checklists. Additionally, Encompass Compliance provides up-to-date information on State workplace drug and alcohol testing rules, offers services for program development, ongoing management, and compliance updates, delivers specialized training, and provides access to a policy development wizard. Furthermore, it supports safety, risk, and legal teams with claim defense services and equips human resource and drug compliance program managers with essential information and content. The company, which was formerly known as Axxess Unlimited, Inc., adopted the name Encompass Compliance Corp. in June 2015 and is headquartered in Cornelius, North Carolina.
