CT REIT functions as a closed-end real estate investment trust, overseeing a substantial portfolio of 368 properties. These assets primarily encompass Canadian Tire retail locations and associated developments, in addition to industrial sites, a mixed-use commercial complex, and various development properties. The Financial Services segment delivers a suite of financial and supplementary offerings, such as consumer credit cards, flexible in-store financing, insurance coverage, and various deposit options including savings accounts and guaranteed investment certificates.
