Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited is a Canadian enterprise that delivers a wide spectrum of retail products and related services. Its operations are structured into three distinct divisions: Retail, CT REIT, and Financial Services. The Retail arm offers an extensive inventory, spanning automotive care (parts, tires, maintenance, repair, roadside support), home essentials (kitchenware, decor, electronics, pet supplies, cleaning solutions), and DIY items (tools, hardware, paint, smart home tech). It also caters to outdoor enthusiasts with recreational gear, exercise apparel, hunting, fishing, and camping equipment, and general sporting goods. Furthermore, this segment provides seasonal merchandise, including holiday decorations and costumes, alongside outdoor living products like patio furniture, barbecues, and gardening supplies. It also stocks yard maintenance tools, snow removal equipment, outdoor play items, toys, gasoline, and a comprehensive range of active wear, casual, industrial, and specialized workwear and outerwear. Its diverse brand portfolio includes prominent names such as Canadian Tire, Mark's, SportChek, Helly Hansen, PartSource, and Party City. The retail arm also engages customers through loyalty initiatives and its e-commerce platforms. CT REIT functions as a closed-end real estate investment trust, overseeing a substantial portfolio of 368 properties. These assets primarily encompass Canadian Tire retail locations and associated developments, in addition to industrial sites, a mixed-use commercial complex, and various development properties. The Financial Services segment delivers a suite of financial and supplementary offerings, such as consumer credit cards, flexible in-store financing, insurance coverage, and various deposit options including savings accounts and guaranteed investment certificates. Established in 1922, Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited maintains its corporate headquarters in Toronto, Canada.
