Description

Pentamaster Corporation Berhad operates as a global investment holding company, primarily engaged in the design, development, and integration of sophisticated computerized automation systems and equipment. The company's business is structured around two key divisions: Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Factory Automation Solutions (FAS). Through its ATE segment, Pentamaster engineers and produces advanced automated testing apparatus, precision measurement systems, and high-tolerance machine components. This includes specialized design and manufacturing services, with a particular focus on comprehensive solutions for semiconductor and MEMS sensor technologies, covering rigorous testing, automated vision inspection, and efficient process assembly. The extensive range of test solutions provided encompasses structured light, proximity, time-of-flight 3D, ambient light, image, spectrum, and LiDAR sensors, as well as niche areas like micro LED, wafer-level VCSEL, diffractive optical element and micro lens array, and edge-emitting laser module testing. The company also supplies dedicated LED test and burn-in systems, complete with specialized ovens and constant current rack modules. The FAS division delivers intelligent automated robotic manufacturing systems, dedicated automation lines for the food and beverage industry, and advanced material handling solutions such such as conveyor and high-speed sortation systems. This segment's offerings further extend to assembly and test modules, cutting-edge robotics technology, manufacturing executive systems (MES), automated guided vehicles (AGVs), and specialized tools like the i-work bench, automated reel packer, i-hub, and various storage systems. Pentamaster additionally tailors automation solutions for consumer and electronic products, provides the HAIPICK system, and develops automated assembly solutions for hospital and nursing home equipment, as well as medical devices. Beyond its core automation activities, Pentamaster manufactures die-cast components and is involved in the design and production of medical devices, equipment, and related instrumentation. The company complements its product offerings with a full suite of technical, development, consulting, sales, and support services. Its broad client base spans critical industries, including semiconductor, computer, electrical and electronics, pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, food and beverages, and general manufacturing sectors.
