Description

Sintokogio, Ltd., in collaboration with its global affiliates, manufactures and distributes a comprehensive array of industrial machinery across Japan and internationally. Its diverse product lines encompass foundry, surface treatment, environmental control, material handling, and specialized equipment. The company's foundry division provides advanced solutions such as green sand molding machines and conditioning systems, chemically bonded and V-process sand systems, aluminum casting products, core making machines, molten metal transfer and automatic pouring systems, and post-casting treatment equipment. This segment also includes shotblasting machines, environmental apparatus for foundries, and integrated casting equipment information management systems. For surface finishing, Sintokogio offers a full spectrum of equipment including shot, air, shot peening, micro-blasting, barrel polishing, and precision brushing machines, alongside blasting abrasives, finishing media and compounds, and tools for surface evaluation. Beyond foundry-specific environmental products, the company supplies general environmental control systems like dust collectors, exhaust gas purifiers, and wastewater treatment equipment. Its mechatronics portfolio features servo cylinders and controllers, servo press machines, precision composite presses, and vacuum press machines. Additionally, Sintokogio produces powder treatment machinery, including granulators, pneumatic conveyors, sieving systems, and kneaders. The firm's offerings further extend to electrical property testers, semiconductor testers, bi-directional power systems, inspection systems for automotive parts, precision coordinate measuring products, and dimensional measuring machines. It also develops ceramic-related goods and various material handling solutions such as scissor lifts, conveyor systems, and cleanroom-compatible systems. Sintokogio caters to a wide range of industries, including automotive, shipbuilding, aviation, rail, iron and steel, and die casting. Established in 1934 as Kubota Seisakusho, Ltd., the company adopted the name Sintokogio, Ltd. in February 1960 and maintains its headquarters in Nagoya, Japan.
