The company also specializes in engineering and construction-related insurance, with products like erection and installation all-risk, electronic equipment, contractors' plant and machinery, boiler and pressure vessel, machinery breakdown, agricultural machinery all-risk, and civil engineering completed risk policies. A wide array of liability insurance is available, encompassing public, elevator, contractors', employers', product, golfers', security, public transportation, hospital comprehensive, financial industry safety deposit box, and directors and officers (D&O) liability. Professional indemnity solutions are tailored for various professions, including architects, engineers, accountants, insurance agents/brokers, travel agencies, and lawyers, in addition to coverage for medical malpractice and human clinical trials. Further offerings include financial and specialty bonds, such as blanket fidelity and insurance brokers' blanket bonds; credit, health, and aviation insurance. Commercial risk protection extends to money, burglary and theft, bankers' all-risk, commercial property floaters, artwork comprehensive, and shop insurance. For personal protection, the company provides individual and group accident, comprehensive personal travel, women's comprehensive, credit card comprehensive, and micro-group casualty insurance plans. Beyond direct underwriting, The First Insurance Co., Ltd. also engages in reinsurance for non-life risks and offers valuable damage prevention services.
