Description

Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited operates as an investment holding company with a primary focus on distributing and trading consumer packaged goods, beverages, and household essentials throughout the People's Republic of China. The company's diverse activities are structured into three main divisions: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Trading, Agri-Products, and Logistics Services. Within its FMCG Trading segment, Heng Tai offers an extensive range of packaged food items, including confectionery (biscuits, candies, chocolates), pantry staples (condiments, margarine, milk powder products, noodles, rice, pasta), healthy foods, and various snacks like potato chips. This segment also distributes beverages such as soft drinks and fruit juices, alongside essential household consumables like facial tissues, toilet tissues, and cleaning products. The Agri-Products division is dedicated to the cultivation, marketing, and distribution of both fresh and processed fruits and vegetables. It also specializes in food pre-preparation services, catering to major clients such as fast-food restaurant chains, central kitchens, hotels, and casinos. To support its distribution network, this segment manages and operates its own fleet of trucks for national and regional deliveries, complemented by strategically located logistics centers. Beyond these core business units, the group's portfolio also includes livestock breeding, treasury and administrative support services, and securities brokerage. Furthermore, it engages in the retail of jewelry products for tourists and oversees various packing facilities and distribution depots. Established in 1986, Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited maintains its corporate headquarters in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
