This includes executing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) contracts for various construction endeavors, alongside offering comprehensive facilities management solutions. The company also manufactures central air-conditioning equipment and assembles firefighting apparatus. Furthermore, it trades in an assortment of items such as firefighting and safety equipment, air conditioners, pumps, engines, valves, spare parts, water heaters, and lighting equipment. Its specialized services extend to security and energy management, as well as providing construction, management, and consultancy expertise for motor racing tracks and their associated infrastructure. Union Properties' activities also include interior decoration manufacturing, operating cold storage facilities, and offering property-related services to external clients. The company also strategically invests in equities, educational enterprises, and management facilities.
