Conversely, the Rental and Other Services segment is responsible for leasing retail complexes and urban areas, in addition to managing water utilities. The firm also expands its portfolio to include general trading, construction, property management, transportation services, and hotel operations. Established in 1979, PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk. is headquartered in Tangerang, Indonesia, and functions as a subsidiary of PT Pembangunan Jaya.
