It is also involved in buying, selling, leasing, and operating of apartment, residential, and non-residential buildings, such as exhibitions, private storage facilities, malls, shopping centers, and others; real estate agents and brokers, intermediaries for buying, selling and renting real estate based on service or contract services. In addition, the company engages in the water, town, and apartment management services; operation of restaurants and tourism; and provision of retail, parking, and land concession services. PT Sentul City Tbk was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Sentul City Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Sakti Generasi Perdana.
