Building, 12 Madden Street, 10 Madden Street, and Commercial Bay. Its Wellington assets comprise the AON Centre, NTT Tower, No. 1 and No. 3 The Terrace, Mayfair House, and the Bowen Campus. Beyond its traditional property assets, Precinct also owns Generator NZ, New Zealand's premier flexible workspace provider, which currently manages 13,600 square metres of space spread across four Auckland sites.
