Description

Investis Holding SA is a Swiss company primarily engaged in residential real estate, operating through its Properties and Real Estate Services divisions. The Properties segment focuses on the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of residential real estate assets. Concurrently, its Real Estate Services division offers comprehensive property management for residential, commercial, and retail properties, alongside facility management solutions covering building maintenance and outdoor services for various property types, including homes, offices, commercial sites, and shopping centers. As of December 31, 2021, the company's portfolio consisted of 171 buildings, featuring 3,073 residential units, predominantly located in the Lake Geneva region. Established in 1994, Investis Holding SA is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
