Description

Established in 1915 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Hufvudstaden AB (publ) specializes in the acquisition, enhancement, and administration of commercial real estate assets primarily located in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The company's operations are structured across three principal segments: Property Management, NK Retail, and Other Operations. Its diverse portfolio encompasses office and retail spaces, residential units, restaurants, department stores, parking garages, and large shopping complexes. Many of its properties operate under well-known brand names or locations, including NK, Bibliotekstan, Femman, Norrmalmstorg 1, Birger Jarlspassagen, Fredstan, Cecil Coworking, Parkaden, and Nordstan. Holding 29 properties in total, the company commands a leasable area of 386,500 square meters, comprising 281,400 square meters in Stockholm and 105,100 square meters in Gothenburg.
