Within Singapore, Ho Bee is widely acclaimed as the trailblazing developer of premium residences in the prestigious Sentosa Cove district. Significant projects in its home market also feature The Metropolis at one-north, currently the largest Grade A office complex located beyond the Central Business District, alongside Elementum, an innovative biomedical sciences facility anticipated for completion by the close of 2023. Its London holdings comprise eight investment properties, among them prominent addresses such as The Scalpel, Ropemaker Place, and 1 St Martin's Le Grand. The firm is dedicated to providing superior homes and structures for its stakeholders and fostering a sustainable built environment.
