Description

Forbo Holding AG, a Swiss company with international reach, specializes in the production and sale of diverse floor coverings, a variety of building and construction adhesives, and advanced power transmission and conveyor belt solutions. The company's operations are divided into two main segments: Flooring Systems and Movement Systems. The Flooring Systems division focuses on developing, manufacturing, and distributing a broad spectrum of flooring options, including linoleum, vinyl flooring, dedicated entrance systems, carpet tiles, needle felt, and washable textile floor coverings. This division also offers a comprehensive selection of building and construction adhesives, alongside essential accessory products for the proper installation, maintenance, and care of its flooring materials. Furthermore, under its Eurocol brand, it supplies ready-to-use adhesives for different floor installations such as floor coverings, parquet, and ceramic tiles, as well as leveling compounds for the construction industry and liquid flooring solutions. These flooring products are extensively utilized in public infrastructure, retail environments, healthcare institutions, educational facilities, libraries, corporate offices, recreational centers, shops, hotels, restaurants, and cafes, in addition to being suitable for residential applications. Operating under the Siegling brand, the Movement Systems division provides a robust portfolio of specialized belts. This includes conveyor and processing belts, plastic modular belts, power transmission belts, and precision timing and flat belts. Its belt systems are integral to a wide array of industrial, trade, and service sector applications, encompassing conveyor and processing belts crucial for the food industry, treadmill belts used in fitness studios, and flat belts vital for mail distribution centers. Founded in 1928, Forbo Holding AG is headquartered in Baar, Switzerland.
