DREM also manages complex home elevation and moving projects, handles interior finish requirements, and provides complete turnkey solutions for clients. Tracing its origins back to its incorporation in 2009, the company initially operated as The Virtual Learning Company, Inc. It adopted its current name, Dream Homes & Development Corporation, in March 2017. The company maintains its headquarters in Forked River, New Jersey.
