Bergman & Beving AB (publ), established in Stockholm, Sweden, in 1906, is a prominent player involved in the acquisition, design, development, and distribution of products and brands. The company caters primarily to the manufacturing and construction sectors across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and international markets. Its operations are organized into three distinct divisions. The Building Materials division specializes in creating and distributing various products and solutions for applications such as fastening, fire safety, and specialized tools for tilers and bricklayers, offered under brands like ESSVE, H&H, KGC, BVS, and Fireseal. Dedicated to ensuring occupational well-being, the Workplace Safety division provides a comprehensive range of safety products and services. This includes industrial signage, various protective and work gloves, workwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) like eye, ear, respiratory, and head protection. Notable brands under this division are Zekler, Guide, L.Brador, Cresto, Arbesko, MoG, RESQ, Systemtext, JO Safety, VIP Safety, and Skydda. The Tools & Consumables division is a key supplier of a wide array of tools and essential supplies. Its product portfolio spans machinery, replacement parts, and associated services; specialized products for handling oils, greases, and chemicals in industrial and workshop environments; precision scales; measurement instruments; traditional woodworking and metalworking machinery, along with accessories and support services; attachments for power hand tools; professional lighting solutions; security locks and hardware; and a diverse selection of hand and other tools. Prominent brands include Teng Tools, Mareld, Limit, Germ, Belano Maskin, Lidén Weighing, Miller's, Lindahl & Nermark, and Uveco. The company adopted its current name, Bergman & Beving AB (publ), in June 2017, having previously operated as B&B Tools AB (publ).
