ALM Equity AB (publ) is a Swedish real estate developer with a diversified portfolio of activities across five primary divisions. Its Management segment is responsible for acquiring and overseeing compact, well-located properties, primarily situated near transport hubs within the Greater Stockholm area. The Project Development unit focuses on the acquisition, conceptualization, and sale of both residential and commercial ventures, marketed under distinct brands such as ALM Bostad, Småa, Järntorget, and Abacus. The company's Construction arm offers comprehensive services, encompassing design, planning, and execution for various clients, including tenant-owner associations and other property developers. This division also functions as a general contractor for residential and commercial builds and manufactures prefabricated wooden modules for diverse housing types like detached homes, student accommodations, and apartment complexes. Furthermore, ALM Equity provides capital solutions for a wide array of properties and development initiatives through its Financing division. A unique aspect is its Digital Services segment, which develops software and platforms, known as Your Block, aimed at facilitating the sharing of information, resources, and services among residents, property administrators, and external service providers. Founded in 1997, ALM Equity AB is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
