Description

JK Holdings Co., Ltd. is a diverse Japanese conglomerate operating through its subsidiaries, engaging in an extensive range of activities. Its core business lines include wholesale distribution, wood product manufacturing (such as plywood and structural laminated veneer lumber), and home construction. Beyond these primary sectors, the company provides a wide array of building materials, housing equipment, and fixtures, alongside specialized products like street signs, traffic safety gear, construction tools, and medical equipment. The firm is also deeply involved in various construction-related services, spanning civil engineering, interior decoration, finishing work, and building design and administration. JK Holdings extends its operations to forestry, residential land development, warehouse and transport logistics, and acts as both a casualty and life insurance agency. Additionally, it manages a robust real estate portfolio, handling property sales, exchanges, leases, and management. As a franchisor, the company develops "House Depot" stores and maintains directly operated offices for custom home builds and renovation projects. It further supports homeowners by offering home loans and guarantees. Complementing these services, JK Holdings provides valuable upgrading services, including housing completion guarantees, performance indication systems, and comprehensive after-sales maintenance for its customers. Established in 1937, the company is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
