Description

Kanaden Corporation, a globally operating electronics technology trading company, was established in Tokyo, Japan, in 1907, operating as Kanagawa Electric Co., Ltd. until its rebranding in October 1990. The firm delivers a comprehensive range of products and sophisticated solutions across numerous sectors. Its industrial automation (FA) offerings include control components such as sequencers, inverters, AC servos, and robotics, alongside a variety of sensors, electrical breakers, magnets, precision measuring instruments, and specialized electrical discharge and laser processing machines. In the energy and infrastructure domain, Kanaden supplies robust power generation and storage solutions, including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and lithium-ion batteries. It also equips buildings and facilities with elevators, escalators, advanced management systems, photovoltaic generation capabilities, energy-efficient LED lighting, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The company further contributes to the transportation sector by furnishing electrical drive and control components, braking systems, and in-train information and air conditioning systems for rolling stock. Its involvement extends to railway infrastructure with substation facilities and communication systems, as well as station amenities like renewable energy solutions and LED lighting. For roads, it provides LED traffic and street lights, alongside photovoltaic generation and charging systems for electric vehicles. Beyond these, Kanaden's portfolio encompasses advanced electronic components, such as power semiconductors, network ICs, interface connectors, and TFT liquid crystal panel modules. Its diverse range is completed by security systems, indoor LED display solutions, disaster prevention signage, and specialized medical equipment, including radiotherapy systems.
