For refrigeration, they supply blast chillers and freezers, display cases, food coolers, modular cold rooms, and other chilling systems. Bakery operations are supported with convection and deck ovens, dough conditioners, proofers, mixers, molders, and shaping machinery. Furthermore, the company offers specialized rice cooking, washing, and storage equipment, including table-top warmers, alongside dishwashers and sterilizer cabinets for cleaning and sanitation. Vacuum packing machines and various utility carts also form part of their comprehensive catalog. Fujimak serves a diverse international clientele, encompassing institutional kitchens (schools, hospitals, government facilities), hospitality venues (hotels, restaurants, amusement parks), quick-service establishments (fast food, convenience stores), industrial catering operations (factories, central kitchens, canteens), and even maritime kitchens.
