Beyond its core activity of developing residential, industrial, and commercial properties, LBS Bina is actively involved in property leasing and strategic investments. Its construction arm handles design, civil engineering, general building, and piling activities, in addition to manufacturing precast concrete components for industrialized building systems. The group also engages in general trading, encompassing the wholesale of various goods and construction materials. Further diversifying its portfolio, LBS Bina is instrumental in developing and managing motor racing circuits, operating hotels and retail malls, and providing a spectrum of services including construction, turfing, landscaping, and car park management. The company has also expanded into the energy sector, developing and managing facilities for electric power generation, with a particular emphasis on renewable sources such as solar energy. Complementing these ventures, LBS Bina offers consultancy services in architecture, technical engineering, building, land, and estate management, alongside sales, marketing, and credit administration. It undertakes specialized construction projects like reservoirs, manufactures, supplies, and installs steel building materials, and trades in roof tiles. Its comprehensive offerings also include financial and credit services, water treatment and distribution, hospital services, and retail property management. Established in 1961, LBS Bina Group Berhad is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
