OSK Holdings Berhad operates as a diversified investment holding company with a substantial presence in the property sector across both Malaysia and Australia. Its extensive operations are organized into five principal segments: Property, Construction, Industries, Hospitality, and Financial Services & Investment Holding. The Property division is dedicated to the development and marketing of residential, commercial, and township schemes, alongside managing and leasing various properties. Through its Construction arm, the company undertakes a variety of building projects, encompassing residential and commercial structures as well as infrastructure developments. The Industries segment focuses on the manufacturing and distribution of diverse cable types, including PVC/XLPE armoured and fire-resistant cables, which are critical for applications in power transmission, oil and gas, infrastructure, utilities, building construction, and manufacturing. This segment also produces and supplies integrated concrete wall panels for building systems. Within Hospitality, OSK manages hotels and resorts, including their golf course facilities, and oversees the SGI Vacation Club timeshare program. This segment further provides hospitality management services to external clients. The Financial Services and Investment Holding division offers moneylending and working capital funding, in addition to facilitating financing for equity and share-related transactions, encompassing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), rights issues, private placements, general offers, and Employee Share Option Schemes (ESOS). Beyond these core activities, OSK Holdings engages in a broad spectrum of other business ventures. These include treasury management, interior design and fit-out solutions, factoring, software consultancy, and operating restaurants. It also provides project and hotel management consultancy, runs solar energy facilities, and trades in building materials, construction machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Additional operations involve managing car parks and shopping malls, the sale of oil palm fresh fruit bunches, concrete wall panel installation, and engaging in oil palm cultivation. Established in 1963, OSK Holdings Berhad maintains its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
