Within their textile operations, they produce items like shirts, uniforms, mobilons/elastomers, and goods under the oikos brand. Furthermore, Nisshinbo's real estate activities involve redeveloping idle industrial sites, managing the leasing of commercial and office spaces, and marketing residential land parcels. Established in 1907, the company's corporate headquarters are situated in Tokyo, Japan.
