Shinyei Kaisha also extends its services to real estate management and brokerage. Its electronics business involves the sale of electronic equipment, components, and other related goods, in addition to offering insurance solutions. The company is actively engaged in the development, production, and sale of sensors, precision measuring instruments, advanced testing equipment, and capacitors. It provides expert consultation in testing and measurement and invests in agricultural research and development initiatives. Founded in 1887 and headquartered in Kobe, Japan, the company was previously known as Shinyei Kiito Kaisha until its name officially changed to Shinyei Kaisha in August 1966.
