The company's operations are divided into several key segments: Property Development, Property Investment and Hotel Operations, Property Management, and a broader 'Others' category. Yanlord constructs a wide array of properties, encompassing residential complexes like apartments and villas, as well as commercial and integrated developments such as office buildings, retail centers, serviced apartments, hotels, recreational facilities, and business parks. Beyond construction, the group provides comprehensive property management for both residential and commercial assets, and is also involved in leasing properties and managing hotels. Its extensive portfolio further includes a broad spectrum of ancillary and diversified ventures. These range from trading building materials and providing elevator services to project management, agribusiness exhibition centers, and the manufacturing of electronic components and connectors, along with die casting and precision engineering. Other activities span mineral sand mining, transplant technology, the production of seedlings and bio-electronic products, landscaping, investment and asset management, city redevelopment, various hospitality services (food and beverage, leisure, fitness, tourism), information technology, education and training, cultural and art performances, and construction engineering. The company also undertakes civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering projects, supplies and services telecommunication equipment, and deals in industrial laundry, automotive parts, and building material installation. Established in 1993, the company has its roots in Singapore.
