IREIT Global, the inaugural real estate investment trust to be listed in Singapore, adopts a core strategy of directly or indirectly acquiring revenue-generating properties located throughout Europe. Its investments span a variety of property types, chiefly focusing on office buildings, retail premises, and industrial sites (including logistics), alongside associated real estate assets. The current portfolio of IREIT features a total of nine freehold office properties: five located in Germany and four in Spain. These properties collectively provide approximately 230,000 square meters of rentable area and about 4,000 parking spaces. By December 31, 2019, the portfolio boasted an occupancy rate of 94.6% and was appraised at €630.2 million. IREIT is managed by IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd., an entity co-owned by Tikehau Capital, a France-listed asset management and investment conglomerate, and City Developments Limited (CDL), a leading international real estate firm listed in Singapore.
