The renewable energy investments segment manages non-core, value-optimizing assets, including investments in solar energy projects across multiple european union countries, utilizing a ready to build business model. In addition, the company provides post-harvest treatment technologies for reducing pathogen contamination in fruits and vegetables. It serves customers in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and renewable energy sectors, as well as the agricultural industry. The company operates internationally, with a particular focus on the European Union and Israel. The company was formerly known as N2OFF, Inc. and changed its name to Nexentis Technologies Inc. in February 2026. Nexentis Technologies Inc. was incorporated in 2009 and is headquartered in Hod HaSharon, Israel.
