The company was formerly known as Acktion Corporation and changed its name to Morguard Corporation in June 2002. Morguard Corporation was incorporated in 2024 and is headquartered in Mississauga, Canada. Morguard Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Paros Enterprises Limited.
