Meanwhile, the Hospitality segment develops, owns, and/or manages hotels and serviced apartments, also encompassing leisure-related ventures. Beyond these core business areas, Emaar provides a range of additional services such as shopping mall and retail management, general hospitality services, property management, and utility services. The company further diversifies its portfolio by investing in financial service providers and engaging in entertainment activities. Emaar was founded in 1997.
