Beyond its core real estate endeavors, Intiland also handles the management and sale of residential homes and land, undertakes hotel development projects, and oversees a variety of facilities such as industrial and technology parks, fitness centers, sports clubs, golf courses, and restaurants. Furthermore, the company is active in telecommunication infrastructure and offers broad property leasing services. Established in 1983, the firm was formerly known as PT Dharmala Intiland Tbk until its name change in 2007, and it is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
