Ashtrom Group Ltd. is a prominent construction and real estate company with operations across Israel and internationally. The company undertakes a broad spectrum of construction projects, encompassing large-scale infrastructure and mega-projects, residential and public buildings, hotels, office complexes, retail centers, industrial facilities, and specialized structures for educational, community, and security institutions, along with associated groundwork and underground infrastructure. Beyond its construction activities, Ashtrom also plays a significant role as a producer and supplier of essential building materials. This includes concrete and mortar products, white autoclaved and gypsum interlocking blocks, waterproofing and insulation systems, adhesives, coatings, cladding materials, and mined and quarried resources, all catering to the construction and infrastructure sectors. Furthermore, Ashtrom Group engages in various real estate ventures: it manages concession projects such as public infrastructure and transport initiatives; develops land; spearheads the development, construction, and marketing of housing projects; and acquires, owns, manages, and invests in commercial, industrial, logistics, and hotel properties. Established in 1963, Ashtrom Group Ltd. is headquartered in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, and functions as a subsidiary of Unedco United Engineering and Development Company Ltd.
