Within the Green Building Certification segment, the company offers specialized advice to property developers, construction firms, architects, designers, and government agencies seeking green building accreditations. It also formulates sustainable design concepts for architects involved in urban regeneration projects, sustainable development initiatives, and integrated planning. The Sustainability and Environmental Consultancy arm encompasses a range of critical assessments, including environmental impact, noise impact, air quality impact, and air ventilation evaluations, along with carbon/energy audits and built environment studies. This division also aids architects and engineers by evaluating the environmental performance of various building materials and products. The Acoustic, Noise and Vibration Control, and Audio-Visual Design division provides expertise in architectural acoustics, building acoustics, and noise suppression for mechanical services and airborne sound. This segment also covers sound reinforcement and public address systems, architectural and facade lighting systems, and comprehensive theatre planning, including stage equipment. Finally, its ESG Reporting and Consultancy services guide companies listed on stock exchanges through their ESG disclosure obligations, complemented by Sustainature, an innovative online platform for managing ESG data. Established in 1994, the company's headquarters are located in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited operates as a subsidiary of Gold Investments Limited.
