Additionally, it develops, manufactures, and commercializes sophisticated equipment such as wafer edge grinding and chip sorting machines, LED testers/probers, processing equipment, and its own brand of low-noise switching power supply custom UPS products and transformers. The company further offers design, manufacturing, assembly, and customization services for various electronic equipment, notably image device dedicated harnesses. Established in Osaka, Japan, in 1952, the company operated as Daito Electron Co., Ltd. until its name change to Daitron Co., Ltd. in 2017.
